On 5th and 6th February 2015, the Organizing Committee of the China International Silver Industry Exhibition (SIC) was invited to attend the 3rd meeting of the chairmen and key members of the Elderly Care Real Estate Professional Committee of Guangdong Real Estate Association (GREA) and together visited the Apartment for the Retired in Taishan Yihe Home. GREA stated that it would continue to give its full support to the 2nd SIC on the basis of the successful cooperation at the 1st session, and expected to have in-depth discussion and further cooperation with SIC in regard to sharing real estate resources at the Pearl River Delta Region as well as organizing exhibitor pavilions, delegation groups and concurrent forums.

During the activity, well-known experts and project operators from elderly care real estate developer enterprises, such as Yuexiu Property, Yihe Group, Zhidao China, Guangdong Yongai, Mayland, Fantasia Holdings, Better Homes and Gardens, World Union and Yifuju, shared their views on topics like the elderly care market strategy of Yihe Group, incorporating real estate projects in elderly care services, and elderly-friendly design for real estate. They also expressed their expectations for cooperation at the 2nd SIC, which will be held from November 6th to 8th, 2015.
