China Elderly Livable Habitat Construction pilot project was approved by China National Committee on Ageing (CNCA) and co-organized by China Silver Industry Association (CSA) and China Real Estate Association (CRA). The project aims to speed up the promotion of elderly livable Habitat construction system and encourage and guide social participants into the construction of Elderly Livable Habitat.

Currently, Shanghai Cherish Yearn, Beijing Sun City, Guangzhou COHL Qinyi Elderly Care Community, Vanke Dignified Life, Greentown Graceland, San Sheng International Town, CRED Anhui, Jiangsu Zhong Da Group, JR Town Silver Industry Group, Lanka International, Zhuo Da Sun City, Citic Sun City, and Chengdu Happiness Commune have already been selected as the first batch of pilot projects. Projects such as Liaoning Prime Indoor Garden, Caroline Pension Investment Co., Ltd., Tianjin Eco-health Town, Jianyang Aiwan, and Guangzhou Virtue Court etc. are applying.

In order to promote quality pilot projects and speed up the construction of elderly livable communities, CRA will organize several outstanding projects of “China Elderly Livable Habitat Construction pilot project” to demonstrate themselves at SIC 2014 in Guangzhou Jinhan Poly World Trade Expo during October 9th to 11th, 2014.

As the authoritative industry development platform, SIC 2014 will integrate industry resources like, elderly real estate developers, nursing home operators, investors from China and abroad. Through SIC 2014, Project developers will be able to attract more attention from investors and potential partners while seeking quality suppliers of facilities and services. Suppliers of relevant elderly care products and services will be able to talk face to face with representatives of elderly real estate projects through on-site booth communication and theme forums, etc.
