HKCSS Care Food is a social innovation and co-creation project under the Hong Kong Council of Social Service is dedicated to promoting safe and dignified dining for individuals with swallowing difficulties, thereby enhancing their quality of life. Care Food has established a unified " Guideline of Care Food Standard" and organizes various seminars and workshops on "Care Food" to facilitate industry exchange. Additionally, it actively participates in various "Care Food" exhibitions and related public education activities. In terms of policy advocacy, we will continue to gather feedback from the industry and convey these opinions to relevant stakeholders.
